What is my order's processing time?

All orders have a 24 to 48 hour processing time. Once an order has processed, delivery confirmation will be emailed.

How do I track my order?

 A tracking number will be provided via email at time of shipping. Order can be tracked by tracking number provided.

What's the LOCAL PICKUP process?

  • Local Pick Up is usually ready within 24 hours.

  • READY FOR PICKUP text notification will automatically sent out to cell number listed on order by customer once order is ready.

  • ALL local pickup orders MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 7 days of purchase. If items have not been picked up after 7 days with NO response from customer then items will be marked abandoned and will no longer be available, with NO REFUND. 

 

What are my shipping options?

  • USA Standard - orders placed using this service will arrive 2-5 business days (excluding weekends, and federal holidays) tracking will be available.

  • Femme Riché is NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS. Any lost, stolen or damage packages must be reported as claim to USPS.

  • Femme Riché is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by UNCLAIMED packages or INCORRECT shipping addresses. (The shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

  • Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.
